Help Topics-Course freezes 

General advice

Allow each page to load

Do not try and skip steps as this may freeze the course (see below)

If for any reason you find that your course does not progress then follow the steps below:

1.    EXIT the course

2.    On the page student home click goto course  . This will re-open the page

3.   On your Course page click START

4.   You will be asked to resume your presentation where you left it- PRESS YES

If you click NO you will be taken to the start of the course.

You can go to your last position by selecting it on the left hand side menu bar.
